Following a product team reorganisation, I was the lead designer for two successive squads: Growth and Experimentation and Top of Funnel.

Created a vision for a complex Snapchat integration that was pivotal in securing an exclusive partnership with Snap Inc., liaising with multiple cross-functional stakeholders from both companies in the process.
Designed all product surfaces and workflows to facilitate the Snapchat integration, and worked directly with Engineers to implement the experience in Linktree’s web and native applications.
Envisioned several new product surfaces, one of which generated ~41K additional ToF sessions and ~5K new signups per day.
